As you all know, spring is just around the corner. In this issue, we would like to share with you some facts about strawberry cake. You will also find in this article a recipe and tips on how to prepare this cake. Strawberries are usually available from June to August. However, thanks to modern horticulture, strawberries are still readily available in early April. In early spring, ripe strawberries are readily available and ideal for cakes. Frozen strawberries can also be used for cakes.

The strawberry cake shown here is natural and contains no artificial colors or flavors. This cake is an amazing and totally natural choice. So here is the recipe.

Ingredients required Three-quarters of a cup of strawberry puree, one-quarter of a cup of milk, six egg whites, one tablespoon of vanilla extract, two cups of cake flour, one to one-half cup of sugar, four teaspoons of baking powder, one teaspoon of salt, 12 tablespoons of butter (no salt).

First mix the three main ingredients: strawberry puree, eggs, and milk. Mix at room temperature; let stand 30 minutes. Then add the butter and let it sit until it is soft enough. Stir well.

Now preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, sprinkle with baking powder, and lightly dust with flour. Then, in a separate bowl, mix the strawberry puree, egg white, milk, and vanilla extract with a fork.

Take the sugar, flour, a pinch of salt, and baking powder. Mix well with the mixture. Add the butter and mix well. Now add the strawberry puree and mix well. Mix well until all the mixture is combined.

Pour this mixture into the pan. Bake for 25 minutes and check with a toothpick if the cake is cooked through. Set aside and wait 10 minutes to cool. The strawberry cake is ready to be served.
